Upon many inquiries about how I prepare my meals I made this general instructions that are valid for a lot of my dishes
Today I made myself some incredible tasty raw vegan Lasagna. I used thin layers of zucchini, one layer of thinly sliced carrots and different sauces and “cheese” between the layers. All the slicing was done with my Lurch 10212 Vario-Reibe slicing kitchen tool. I placed the layers of zucchini and carrots in a small deep dish and turned it on a plate after I was done with putting in all layers and sauces.
Living on raw food means that your food was not altered in a way that modifies the structure of your food. For example if you heat your food beyond a certain temperature the bonds of the molecules will change and it has different effects on our bodies.

A few weeks ago I managed to lay my hands on a durian fruit for the first time in my life and it even was a fresh durian!
What I most love about winter are oranges. They have very high water content and are rich in vitamins and minerals. It’s important to stay hydrated also in wintertime.
