Guests, location and part of the schedule for next year's Fruits and Health Festival in Slovenia are already fixed! I can't wait for this (r)awesome event to happen again. Upon many inquiries about how I prepare my meals I made this general instructions that are valid for a lot of my dishes
Today I made myself some incredible tasty raw vegan Lasagna. I used thin layers of zucchini, one layer of thinly sliced carrots and different sauces and “cheese” between the layers. All the slicing was done with my Lurch 10212 Vario-Reibe slicing kitchen tool. I placed the layers of zucchini and carrots in a small deep dish and turned it on a plate after I was done with putting in all layers and sauces.
Living on raw food means that your food was not altered in a way that modifies the structure of your food. For example if you heat your food beyond a certain temperature the bonds of the molecules will change and it has different effects on our bodies.
