The red cabbage is a sort of cabbage, also known as purple cabbage, red kraut, or blue kraut after preparation. Its leaves are colored dark red/purple and grown as an annual vegetable crop for its dense-leaved heads. Raw it has a nice, mildly sharp flavor.

It tastes great when you cut it finely and has a beautiful color! <3
